Welcome to MJ Lumora. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. About us MJ Lumora (mjlumora.com) sells digital wedding websites and digital wedding invitation templates. You can contact us at mjlumora@outlook.com.
  2. Digital products All products sold by MJ Lumora are digital. No physical item is shipped. After your purchase is complete, you receive access to your product, usually as a PDF containing your Canva template link and instructions.
  3. What you are buying You are buying an editable digital template, not a custom-designed website. You personalize the template yourself in Canva with your own names, photos, wedding details, music and other content.
  4. Canva account A Canva account is required to edit and publish your template. A free Canva account is enough to edit the template. Some Canva elements may require Canva Pro. Canva is a third-party service and is not operated by MJ Lumora. Its features, availability and terms are controlled by Canva.
  5. Licence and permitted use Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the template for your own wedding or event. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the template or its link, in whole or in part, including as an editable template. You may not claim the original design as your own work. All designs, graphics and content remain the property of MJ Lumora.
  6. Live demos We provide live demos so you can review each design before buying. Demos show the design and layout only. The personal details, photos and text in a demo are examples and are not included in your purchase.
  7. Pricing and payment Prices are shown on our website and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
  8. Delivery Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If you have not received your product, check your spam folder and then contact us at mjlumora@outlook.com.
  9. Refunds Please read our Refund Policy before buying. It explains when refunds, exchanges and cancellations are available for digital products.
  10. Customer support If you have a problem with your template or access, email mjlumora@outlook.com and we will do our best to help.
  11. Limitation of liability We do our best to make sure our products are accurate and work as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJ Lumora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, including problems caused by third-party services such as Canva. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.
  12. Intellectual property All content on this website, including designs, images, text and logos, belongs to MJ Lumora or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
  13. Privacy How we collect and use your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
  14. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
